1. Modalità di Spedizione e Tempistiche

La spedizione degli articoli è curata direttamente da Kosmosauvage, che si affida a partner logistici consolidati ed estremamente affidabili. La gestione dell’imballaggio e l’affidamento della merce al corriere avvengono con la massima tempestività, al fine di garantire una consegna nel minor tempo possibile e in condizioni ottimali.

2. Costi e Copertura Assicurativa

1. Imballaggio: I costi relativi al confezionamento e alla protezione della merce sono già inclusi nel prezzo dell’articolo.
   
   
2. Spedizione: Le spese di trasporto vengono calcolate separatamente in base alla destinazione.
   
   
3. Assicurazione: Ogni spedizione è interamente coperta da un servizio assicurativo congruo al valore del bene acquistato.

3. Ricezione della Merce e Firma con Riserva

Per ragioni di sicurezza e a tutela del valore del bene, la consegna prevede obbligatoriamente la firma alla ricezione.

Prima di affidare la merce al vettore, Kosmosauvage si impegna a documentarne adeguatamente lo stato ottimale attraverso foto e video, che verranno prontamente inviati all’acquirente. Al momento della consegna, l'acquirente è tenuto a seguire queste disposizioni:

1. Verifica dell'imballo: Qualora l’imballo esterno presenti visibili danni, schiacciamenti o alterazioni, l’acquirente ha l’obbligo di accettare il pacco firmando "con riserva".
   
   
2. Nota scritta: La riserva deve essere dettagliata e scritta sul terminale o documento del corriere (es. "accetto con riserva per pacco bucato" o "accetto con riserva per pacco schiacciato").
   
   
3. Importante: In assenza di tale contestazione scritta al momento della firma, non sarà possibile rivalersi sulla polizza assicurativa del vettore in caso di danni interni alla merce.

The shipment of all items is managed directly by Kosmosauvage through established and trusted logistics partners. Packaging procedures and handover to the carrier are handled promptly to ensure your items are received in the shortest time possible and in pristine condition.

2. Costs & Insurance Coverage

1. Packaging: All packaging and handling costs are fully included in the item price.
   
   
2. Shipping: Transportation costs are calculated separately at checkout based on the delivery destination.
   
   
3. Insurance: Every shipment is fully covered by a comprehensive insurance policy appropriate to the total value of the goods.

3. Delivery and "Signed with Reserve" Obligation

For security and protection, delivery strictly requires a signature upon receipt.

Before dispatching the goods, Kosmosauvage undertakes to thoroughly document the item's condition via photos and videos, which will be promptly sent to the buyer. Upon delivery, the buyer must strictly adhere to the following protocol:

1. Inspection: Should the external packaging show any signs of damage, crushing, or alteration, the buyer is required to accept the package by signing "with reserve".
   
   
2. Written Description: The buyer must provide a specific written description of the issue to the courier on the delivery receipt (e.g., "accepted with reserve due to punctured package" or "accepted with reserve due to crushed box").
   
   
3. Important Notice: In the absence of such a written reserve at the exact moment of delivery, it will not be possible to successfully file a claim against the carrier’s insurance for any internal damage discovered later.
